Hi, I’m David Masefield.


I've been working with steel buildings since about 2003 when I started to erect steel frame houses in South Australia and later, in and around Morayfield, Beachmere & Bribie in QLD. I moved across into Steel Sheds after a contract wound up as I wanted to stay in the area and I learnt all about building a steel shed with Tuffspan Sheds. Around 2006 I started a up a Ranbuild dealership on the Mid North Coast NSW and ran that for 4 years during which time I launched the ShedBlog. Whilst growing the ShedBlog I moved back to Queensland and did a stint in sales with a Fair Dinkum Sheds crew. Now I want to help people avoid the most common mistake that are made when buying a shed and learn a few things first before jumping in, thereby saving you time, money and avoid costly mistakes.
